Jones Day's values—including a shared dedication to client service, to each other, and to the communities we work and live in—is the driving force behind our ability to operate as One Firm Worldwide.

A prime example: our New Lawyers Group. Created in the early 1980s, it gives all first-year associates time to develop and discover where their passions truly lie by exploring different practice areas and working with partners and senior leaders across the Firm.

One cornerstone of this program is the annual New Lawyers Academy, held each year in Washington, D.C. This first video of our "What Makes Us One" series showcases the Academy and how we collaborate globally across 40 offices on five continents.
