Blaise Marin-Curtoud's practice is concentrated in corporate taxation, and he has worked on numerous flotations, placings, fund-raisings, and capital markets matters.
Blaise also works closely with the Firm's real estate department and has advised the London practice's largest clients on many direct and indirect tax aspects of real estate transactions. In conjunction with the London property finance practice, he has advised on innovative financing and holding structures for U.K. property holdings such as offshore unit trusts.
