David Roberts co-heads Jones Day's real estate practice worldwide. He specializes in commercial property investment and development and advising on joint venture structures. He is a market leader in the establishment of unit trusts, joint ventures, partnerships and limited partnerships, and associated property development funding techniques, including speculative funding agreements.
David has wide-ranging experience in the acquisition and development of business parks and out-of-town retail parks, including dealing with all planning issues, infrastructure agreements, prelets, lettings, sales, and funding. David's clients include British Land, Hercules Unit Trust, Cordea Savills, Ashtenne, Delancey, Arlington, and Bank of Ireland.
