David Brown Santasalo Group is a global business delivering engineered industrial gear systems and services, manufactured for critical industrial applications for industries including Mining & Minerals, Fibre & Paper, Power Generation, Cement, Oil & Gas, Defense and many more. David Brown Santasalo Group has 26 locations, spanning six continents worldwide, and employs more than 1,100 people in the UK, Australia, Chile, China, Canada, Finland, Germany and South Africa.

Stellex is a private equity firm that invests in North America and Europe with over $2.6bn AUM.
