Jones Day represented ENEOS Innovation Partners in connection with its investment in the $50 million Series C-1 financing of Persefoni AI Inc. Persefoni is a leading Climate Management & Accounting Platform (CMAP) for enterprises and financial institutions that will use the Series C-1 funding to launch Persefoni GPT, an AI co-pilot product for carbon accounting and management. Persefoni's continued investment in generative AI is driving innovation in the Climate Tech space.
