Nicolas intervient plus particulièrement sur les marchés publics et les financement de projets publics, concessions et PPP, dans tous les secteurs d'activités : bâtimentaire, routier et autoroutier, aéroportuaire, rail, télécommunications, énergie ,énergie renouvelable, smart grids, e-mobilité, transports publics, éducation, sport, tourisme et loisir.

Nicolas intervient également pour les autorisations d'investissements étrangers en France et dans l'Union Européenne, les contrôles aux exportations et les sanctions économiques ainsi que pour les activités réglementées dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des télécommunication et des transports.

Nicolas a également une activité contentieuse importante devant les juridictions administratives.
