Jeff Maddox specializes in international equity and debt offerings in Asia and is co-head of the capital markets practice at the Firm, in charge of the Asian side of the practice. He has represented issuers, underwriters, and investors on public and private equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings (including IPOs listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, and the stock exchanges of Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and London), high-yield debt offerings, venture capital and private equity financings, Yankee Bond issues, asset securitizations, sovereign issues, medium-term note programs, Rule 144A debt and preferred stock private placements, Regulation S offerings, capital markets project financings, corporate recapitalizations, debt restructurings, and issuer tender offers.
