Jonathon Little's practice focuses on technology, outsourcing, and large commercial transactions. He advises both suppliers and customers on the full range of commercial transactions, including outsourcings, IT licensing, systems and software acquisitions, general procurements, framework agreements and procurement structures, agency and distribution agreements, and other commercial contracts. He also covers technology regulation, data protection, and privacy and e-commerce rules.

Jonathon has a particular focus on large IT, BPO, and other outsourcings and high-value IT procurements. He recently completed one of the largest ever offshore outsourcings from the U.K. to India covering business transformation, systems development, and application maintenance. Jonathon has handled a wide range of outsourcing deals, including leading transactions in the insurance, technology, aerospace, banking, and manufacturing sectors.

Representative clients include Atlantic Inertial Systems, Celgene, EDS, IBM, Racal Acoustics, Ryder, State Street Bank, Tech Mahindra, and a leading U.K.-based insurer.

Before qualifying as a lawyer, Jonathon worked as a systems consultant with Andersen Consulting.
