Ken Hochman chairs the Wealth Management practice at Jones Day. He practices in the personal income (including charitable giving) and estate tax planning areas and is an authority on estate administration and multijurisdictional tax planning issues for individuals and families. His career has centered on the representation of substantial multigenerational families and the charitable and noncharitable entities they create and that serve them. He also has broad experience in succession and related planning for controlling shareholder families in publicly traded corporations and owners of closely held business interests. He has been privileged to represent some of America's wealthiest families. Privacy concerns prohibit the disclosure of his representative clients.

He is a member of the ABA (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and the Cleveland Bar Association (Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section). He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been a frequent speaker at seminars dealing with family, trust, estate planning, and administration topics. Ken is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the Midwest, and Who's Who in the World. He was a member of Leadership Cleveland's Class of 2004 and serves on the board of United Way and several private foundations. He is also the designated legal counsel of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland.
