Luc Houben is the Partner-in-Charge of the Brussels Office, where he also heads the corporate commercial practice. He is an experienced international commercial and corporate lawyer, having practiced primarily in Brussels and with prior postings in Tokyo and New York. He has participated in various acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and significant real estate and commercial projects for several U.S., Japanese, and European companies. Luc practices in English, Dutch, and French.
He also has extensive knowledge in a wide range of Belgian law matters, including Belgian corporate, commercial, real estate, and labor law.
