Louis Touton has extensive experience in all types of commercial and business litigation, with particular emphasis on antitrust and intellectual property litigation and other disputes arising in a complex technical setting. He has been involved in matters in areas including patent, trademark, and copyright; oil and gas disputes; challenges to government regulation of business; securities fraud; RICO; and commercial breach of contract. Louis has conducted all phases of commercial litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as before arbitration panels.
He is a member of the ABA, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Judicature Society.
