With approximately 120 lawyers, the Los Angeles Office remains the largest of the Firm’s five California offices and is a vital part of Jones Day’s West Coast practice. The attorneys in the Los Angeles Office are recognized leaders in the legal community. Among other honors and accomplishments, our lawyers have chaired the bipartisan Judicial Advisory Selection Committee for the Central District of California, presided over the L.A. chapters of the Federal Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and served in various leadership posts with the Los Angeles County Bar Association. The Los Angeles Office also has demonstrated its commitment to the Los Angeles community through substantial pro bono efforts. We have been awarded "law firm of the year" honors from many of the legal services organizations in the community, including Public Counsel (twice), Bet Tdezek, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
