Michael Nouril is a corporate lawyer and head of Jones Day's private equity practice in Europe. Michael has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. His experience covers domestic and cross-border M&A, including leveraged and management buyouts, and he has acted for private equity institutions, management teams, corporates, and financial advisers.

Michael's corporate finance activities include initial and secondary public offerings, rights issues, and pre-IPO fund-raisings. He also has a great deal of experience in the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sector, acting for growth businesses, venture capital investors, corporate finance advisers, and entrepreneurs.
