Michael Nouril has handled a wide range of private equity, M&A, and other corporate transactions involving numerous industry sectors in over 15 years of practice. He has an extensive background in domestic and international private equity deals, including leveraged and management buyouts, public to privates, strategic investments, growth capital, and venture capital. He also is an experienced M&A lawyer with a forte in complex multijurisdictional transactions as well as all other forms of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, public bids, real estate asset-based deals, and seller auction processes. Michael is head of Jones Day's European Private Equity Practice.
