Michael Pabst has a broad practice encompassing various finance, corporate, and restructuring matters.
His clients include financial institutions, sponsors, funds, borrowers, and issuers and he regularly advises on: project, emerging market, and acquisition financings and restructurings and special situations; structured and derivative transactions with a tax or commodities focus; private equity and venture capital matters; and mining and metals transactions, including mine development, M&A, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, Michael qualified as a lawyer in Australia before working in London as a partner in a large international firm.
