Neil Seaton has practiced in the corporate/corporate finance arena in the City of London for 28 years. He joined the Firm in 1980 and became a Partner in 1985.
His practice focuses on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, with particular emphasis on the real estate sector and in limited partnerships, unit trusts, and other real estate and private equity fund structurings.
