Bob Lee is co-chair of Jones Day's Real Estate Practice worldwide. He also heads the real estate funds practice of the Firm. Bob's practice focuses on domestic U.S. and international cross-border real estate investment. He represents sponsors and investors in the formation of global funds, U.S.-based funds, U.K. funds, pan-European and pan-Asian funds, and product and geographically focused funds using a variety of collective investment vehicles. Bob also has extensive experience in creating joint ventures and in complex public and private real estate company mergers and acquisitions and large portfolio transactions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Bob was described as a "key player in real estate funds" and was recommended by clients as being a "deal maker" and "creative problem solver" in being selected as one of "America's Leading Lawyers for Business" by Chambers USA.
