Susan Cox practices in the area of general real estate law, with an emphasis on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions of real estate and nonperforming loan portfolios, international investments, and mortgage-backed securities. She also has been involved in a number of real estate transactions in Europe and Asia. Susan has represented a variety of public and private companies in real estate matters, including The Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, Westbrook Real Estate Funds, Thomas Properties Group, SL Green Realty Corp., The Woodlands Operating Company, Mack-Cali Realty Corp., MetroNexus, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Redland America Corporation, and Lafarge Corporation.
