Sarah Conway works closely with corporations, businesses, and individual clients to bring order to the chaos of high-stakes complex litigation. Sarah advances efficient and responsive litigation strategies for clients based on her experience working on and managing litigation teams on all aspects of litigation, from pretrial pleadings to post-trial motions, and is particularly well-versed in all facets of discovery, including e-discovery, negotiations with opposing counsel and joint defense groups, and fact and expert witness depositions. As a commercial litigator, her practice involves product liability, contracts, fraud, consumer class actions, deceptive trade practices, health care, false claims, and business torts. She has appeared and argued motions in multiple state courts and has defended clients in multiple bench and jury trials as well as in arbitrations.
Sarah's recent matters include successfully leading defensive discovery strategy in numerous concurrent state court actions in headlining nationwide pharmaceutical litigation.
