Greg Lanier litigates intellectual property and technology matters covering a wide range of technologies and market sectors for clients based in Silicon Valley and around the globe. He has litigated and tried cases in a diverse range of technologies, from semiconductors to life sciences and clinical trials. Greg's representative clients have included Aradigm Corporation, Genencor International, SanDisk Corporation, Motorola, and SAP.

Greg has tried cases to juries, judges, and arbitration panels across the U.S. and has argued before a variety of federal and state appellate courts, including the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Greg speaks regularly on patent litigation and intellectual property issues. He served as an adjunct professor of law at UC Hastings College of the Law, teaching patent litigation, from 2002 to 2007.
