Sage Revell to join Jones Day in London as partner in Corporate Practice
Sage Revell will join Jones Day as a partner in the Corporate Practice. She will be based in the Firm's London Office.
Ms. Revell advises on venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors. She has extensive experience advising clients in the women's health space. Ms. Revell represents companies throughout their entire life cycle, as well as the investors who support those companies.
"Sage has represented investors and their portfolio companies in connection with numerous venture capital and private equity deals," said Vica Irani, Co-Leader of Jones Day's Corporate Practice. At Jones Day, Ms. Revell will join the Firm's global Corporate Practice, which encompasses M&A and private equity. In the last five years, Jones Day has advised clients on more than 3,000 M&A transactions collectively valued at $1.5 trillion, and many of the world's leading private equity funds are counseled by Jones Day in the full range of corporate transactions.
