Jones Day advised Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. and Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. in the offering and sale of $1.3 billion of Common units in private placement PIPE transactions, where UBS Securities LLC acted as placement agent.

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. is a midstream energy services provider engaged in the transmission, gathering and processing of natural gas. Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. is a limited partnership which owns and operates the general partner of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P.
