Brockway Moran acquires Pacific Crane

Client(s) Brockway Moran & Partners Fund II, L.P.

Jones Day provided advice to Brockway Moran & Partners Fund II, L.P. in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Pacific Crane Maintenance Company, Inc., a buyer and seller of heavy construction equipment and cranes. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit, swingline, and term loan facility, and a senior subordinated credit facility.
