Jones Day represented Developers Diversified Realty Corporation in connection with an income-producing solar energy program with SunEdison, North America's largest solar energy services provider, whereby SunEdison has the option to develop solar energy systems at hundreds of DDR's shopping centers in the United States and Puerto Rico.
