Hands-On Mobile Korea acquired by Electronic Arts

Jones Day advised Hands-On Mobile Inc. in its sale of Hands-On Mobile Korea to Electronics Arts Inc. The new name of Hands-On Mobile Korea team will be EA Mobile Korea after the acquisition, and it will strategically help in the development and publishing growth plans of EA Mobile Asia.
