Praesepe acquires Shipley Amusement companies

Client(s) Praesepe plc

Jones Day counseled Praesepe plc, f/k/a Aldgate Capital plc, in its $50 million acquisition of the Shipley Amusements group of companies and related debt financing provided by Barclays Bank plc. In connection with the acquisition, Praesepe plc placed up to $75.9 million New Ordinary Shares in an institutional placing, placement agent Numis Securities Limited.
