Procter & Gamble battles Playtex over claims of patent infringement for feminine protection products

Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The

Jones Day represented The Procter & Gamble Company in defense of patent infringement allegations, based on Playtex '324 patent concerning tampon applicator technology, and counter claims against Playtex ground in P&G's '410 patent, also directed to tampon applicator technology. The case settled favorably for P&G.
