Bestel finances sale of assets to Grupo Televisa

Jones Day represented Bestel, S.A. de C.V., a Mexican telecommunications company, in connection with the $106.6 million senior secured credit facility for certain of its subsidiaries and $80 million note purchase agreement, each entered into with Credit Suisse, in connection with the sale of substantially all of its assets to Grupo Televisa, S.A. de C.V., a television broadcaster in Mexico.
