Brush and its subsidiaries obtain committed precious metals facility provided by The Bank of Nova Scotia

Client(s) Brush Engineered Materials Inc.

Jones Day provided advice to Brush Engineered Materials Inc., a global leader in high performance engineered materials, and its subsidiaries in connection with a $140 million committed precious metals facility provided by The Bank of Nova Scotia. The facility is structured as a consignment and includes a separate gold loan and a gold and silver storage facility. The facility matures in three years, and contains customary representations, warranties, covenants and events of default, consistent with Brush Engineered Materials' other secured financing facilities.
