Jones Day advised Safra in connection with its £470 million (US$759 million) acquisition of One Plantation Place Unit Trust from its existing unitholders including Schroder Real Estate and Stobart Group, and the stabilization of its existing CMBS structure. The Trust is the owner of Plantation Place, one of the largest office buildings in the City of London whose largest tenant is RSA.
