Jones Day successfully completed a technology license arbitration case in China for a multinational heavy engineering equipment company.

The case sets a legal "precedent" in China on the hotly debated legal issue of "company split-up", allowing our client to not only pursue contract breaches by its ex-licensee, but also breaches by a new company set up by the ex-licensee.
