Jones Day represented FleetPride, Inc., a nationwide supplier of heavy duty truck and trailer parts, in connection with its acquisition of certain assets of Clutch and Transmission Service, Inc. which operates as CATCO Parts & Service. The acquisition included eighteen locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Illinois.
