Macquarie Bank provides financing to GreenOak in respect of Dixon House

Client(s) Macquarie Bank Limited

Jones Day advised Macquarie Bank Limited in connection with a facility agreement for Dixon House Limited, an entity acquired by a GreenOak managed fund. Dixon House Limited owns Dixon House, a freehold building on Fenchurch Street in the City of London currently leased to Lloyds and Aviva. It is proposed that the building will be refurbished when those leases expire.
