Jones Day represented Wasserstein & Co., LP in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Recorded Books LLC, a large independent publisher of unabridged audiobooks and provider of digital content to the library, school, and retail markets, from Haights Cross Communications, Inc., a leading K-12 educational and library publisher. The financing consisted of a secured term loan and a revolving facility.
