Jones Day advised M&G Investments in connection with a €173.4 million (US$238.4 million) loan provided to Puerto Venecia Investments SOCIMI S.A., a subsidiary of a fund managed by Orion Capital Managers. The facility was secured on a 890,000 square foot retail park called Puerto Venecia in Zaragoza, Spain.
