Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The

Jones Day advised The Procter & Gamble Company ("P&G") in the sale of its central European, eastern European, and middle eastern bleach businesses. This business, primarily marketed under the brand name Ace, includes bleach products as well as rights to laundry additive and hard surface cleaning products. The transaction represents the completion of P&G's divestiture of its worldwide bleach operations.
