Client(s) Polidev Investments, Inc.

Jones Day represented Polidev Investments, Inc. in connection with its $72 million acquisition of Genesee Plaza, a 161,184-square-foot office and medical office campus located in San Diego's University Town Center submarket. The acquisition was financed with a $45 million loan from Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending, L.P.
