Jones Day represented CBRE Global Investment Partners in the formation with Realterm, a global real estate operator, of Realterm Airport Logistics Properties, LP, and initially acquired a $900 million portfolio of over 120 air cargo logistics properties located across 30 gateway and key secondary airports in the United States and Canada. Jones Day also provided regulatory counseling on the transaction including concerns regarding CFIUS.
