(formerly Songkick.com, Inc.), a concert discovery and artist ticketing platform, in its sale of certain assets, including CERG’s ticketing commerce platform, anti-scalping algorithm, API applications and patent portfolio, to Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. in connection with the settlement of pending litigation.
