Jones Day advised Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) in its acquisition of Silver Spring Networks, Inc. (NYSE: SSNI) by acquiring all outstanding shares of Silver Spring Networks, Inc. (NYSE: SSNI) for $16.25 per share in cash. The transaction is valued at approximately $830 million, net of $118 million of Silver Spring's cash.
