Jones Day advised a syndicate of international banks in an international offering of $1.0 billion of 7.000% Senior Notes due 2026 by a subsidiary of Marfrig Global Foods S.A., one of Brazil's largest food processing companies, and concurrent tender offers by Marfrig for two series of its outstanding debt securities.
