Jones Day is representing Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries DePuy Synthes Sales, Inc. and DePuy Synthes Products, Inc. in a patent infringement lawsuit brought by RSB Spine, LLC alleging that certain of its spinal implant products infringe two patents.
