Deezer obtains dismissal of patent infringement lawsuit relating to music streaming technology

Jones Day obtained a dismissal of a patent litigation brought by Data Scape Limited against Deezer Inc. for alleged infringement of music streaming technology patents. The plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the case after Jones Day filed a motion to dismiss asserting that the patents-in-suit are invalid as patent-ineligible.
