Jones Day represented a Spanish bank in connection with the financing for the construction and installation of two substation works with 115 kV voltages and a total capacity of 20 MVAr of compensation and 1 high voltage surge, and of a high-voltage line with 115 kV voltage, which will be located in the State of Veracruz, Mexico and to be owned by CFE Distribución.
