Client(s) Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC

Jones Day represented Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC in the creation of a programmatic joint venture with a fund managed by QuadReal Property Group. Mill Creek will serve as the sponsor, asset manager, development manager, and property manager for all projects held by the joint venture. The programmatic joint venture has a mandate for over $400 million to develop multifamily residential properties in the United States.
