NXP protests GPO Passport eCover procurement

Jones Day successfully represented NXP Semiconductors N.V. in a protest at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims challenging the U.S. Government Publishing Office's next generation Passport eCover procurement. As a result of the protest, the agency took corrective action by canceling the awards and re-issuing the eCover RFP.
