Jones Day represented Monster Beverage Corporation, a leading global drinks manufacturer, in connection with a modified Dutch auction tender offer to purchase up to $3 billion of shares of its Common Stock, as well as the negotiation of a $1.5 billion credit agreement that will fund a portion of the tender offer.
