Client(s) Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc.

Jones Day advised Empark, a subsidiary of Macquarie, in connection with the purchase of a large parking portfolio from Isolux Corsán Aparcamientos, an entity that belongs to a large construction and infrastructure conglomerate that started insolvency proceedings in 2017. The transaction was complex and required to reach agreements with both the seller and a group of domestic and international lenders.
