Loungers plc receives £338 million takeover offer by CF Exedra Bidco, a company established by Fortress Investment Group

Client(s) Loungers Plc

Jones Day is advising Loungers plc in the proposed recommended takeover by CF Exedra Bidco (a company indirectly owned by funds and accounts managed or advised by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group, LLC) for a cash offer price of 310 pence per share, with an alternative option for shareholders to roll over into the Bidco structure in respect of some or all of their shareholdings. The offer values the company at approximately £340 million.
