Jones Day advised United World on the sale of Blades Leisure Limited, the parent company of The Sheffield United Football Club Limited ("SUFC"), to COH Sports Limited, led by Steven Rosen and Helmy Eltouky. As part of the sale, Jones Day also represented United World in negotiating a new post-acquisition security package related to the transaction.
